| Representative Sub Committee | The Representative Sub Committee’s terms of reference are that the committee will oversee NSJCA’s representative cricket program on behalf of NSJCA’s Executive Committee. | Umpires and Rules Sub Committee | The NSJCA Umpires and Rules Sub Committee’s terms of reference are that the committee will review, make recommendations and update the NSJCA Rules as required. The sub committee will also co-ordinate and educate the current and future NSJCA qualified umpires in order to facilitate the ongoing improvement in the calibre of umpiring at junior cricket level. | Dispensation Sub Committee | The NSJCA Age Dispensation Sub Committee’s terms of reference are that the committee will implement the NSJCA Age Policy in order to assess whether a junior cricket player is permitted to compete in an age group higher or lower than the player’s playing age. The Committee will only approve applications for Age Dispensation if it is considered that it will help in the further development of a junior cricket player. | Competition and Grounds Sub Committee | The NSJCA Competition and Grounds Sub Committee’s terms of reference are that the committee will co-ordinate the junior cricket competition with regards to draw implementation, ground allocation and results confirmation throughout the season.
