Trials for next seasons Cricket NSW Male Youth Championship Representative BOYS teams for U12, U13, U14 & U15 age groups will held in late February and March 2024.
Please note under NSJCA eligibility rules, players must have played a minimum of 3 NSJCA games, either with the current year NSJCA teams or an NSJCA club, to be eligible to trial & play for the NSJCA.

Trials for Cricket NSW Female Youth Championship Representative GIRLS teams for U13 & U15 will be held later in the year. The exact dates, times and venues will be advised via a separate announcement on the NSJCA web site (nsjca.asn.au).
Trials for the IDCA U11 & younger (NSJCA Academy trials) will be held in September/October 2024. The exact dates, times and venues will advise via a separate announcement on the NSJCA web site (www.nsjca.asn.au) at a later date.
A player’s age group is based on their age as at 31 August – as guide:

U12 trial 2 – 17 March 2024 at 2.15 at a centre wicket venue (tbc)
U14 trial 1 – 10 March 2024 at 1.45 at a net venue (tbd)
U14 trial 2 – 24 March 2024 at 2.15 at a centre wicket venue (tbc)
U15 Single Trial – 24 March or 31 March 2024 at 2.00 at centre wicket venue (tbc)
Eligibility– Only players who have played NSJCA cricket in the current season (at least 3 games expected) will be eligible to represent the NSJCA in the following season. Any exception will require approval of the NSJCA Representative sub‐committee. Exemptions will be granted on a case by case basis for changes of circumstances such as house moves and starting boarding school in the NSJCA area.
CNSW also requires that MYC players can only represent the association where they have played the majority of their club cricket in the preceding season. Any player who requires an exemption to trial for the NSJCA will also need to notify CNSW Youth Championship management that they intend to trial with NSJCA by 1 March 2024.
